Your lunch will consist of the following:

Starter

Spinach Salad with Pine Nuts, Papaya, Warm Bacon, and Mustard Dressing

Entrees

Choose one of the following:

1. Roasted Breast of Chicken on Rigatoni, with tomatoes, eggplants and Mozzarella

2. Crispy Pan-fried Sea Bass with a Thai Vinaigrette, with rice noodles and vegetables

3. Grilled Portobello Mushroom – vegetarian option

Dessert

Fruit Cobbler with Cinnamon Ice Cream
